House Rules

1. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. If you need to modify these times, please let us know in advance.

2. Quiet Hours: To maintain the tranquility of the place, please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, both inside and in the courtyard.

3. Uso electrical appliances: It is very important not to use several high-consumption electrical appliances, such as stoves or hairdryers, at the same time. This could cause an overload on the electrical system, which would not only affect the supply, but could also cause serious damage to the installation of the house. Please use the appliances responsibly to ensure the safety and proper functioning of all services.

4. Use of the Fireplace: The fireplace is available in winter. Firewood is provided at no additional cost. Use it responsibly and make sure to turn off the fire before sleeping or leaving the house.

5. Care of the facilities: The house has been renovated in the traditional Manchego style. Please take care of it as if it were your own and let us know if any damage occurs.

6. Patio and Barbeque: Enjoy the outdoor patio and barbecue. Make sure to clean the area after use and turn off the barbecue completely when finished.

7. Rooms: The house has 5 rooms, 4 of them with separate bathroom. Please respect the common spaces, keep order in the shared areas. The use of rooms that have not been assigned to your reservation is not permitted.

8. Laundry Service: It is available from the fourth day of your stay. If you need it, please let us know in advance.

9. No Smoking inside: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can do so in the outdoor patio, but use the ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

11. Waste & Recycling: Help us keep the environment clean by using the trash bins and recycling as directed.

12. Contact: If you need anything during your stay or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide all the help you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
